This lovely private villa is nestled in a quiet residential area, offering a peaceful retreat. Parking is available for up to three cars directly in front of the property.

Decorated throughout with a tasteful Mediterranean-ethnic fusion theme, the villa is set within a mature garden featuring a lawn, shrubs, and two lemon trees. The highlight is a large, sunny swimming pool measuring 9m x 4m, with a depth of up to 1.7m.

Upon entering, you are welcomed by a spacious entrance hall. To the right is the master bedroom with its en-suite shower room. To the left, a corridor leads to three additional bedrooms: one large double and two twin rooms. These share a spacious bathroom with both a bath and a shower. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.

Three steps down from the entrance hall lies the bright and airy lounge, featuring double-height vaulted ceilings that overlook the garden. It includes a ceiling fan, a large comfortable sofa and chairs, and an indoor dining area seating eight. Complimentary Wi-Fi, USB and Bluetooth connectivity for music, Freeview Sky TV (reception can be limited in late summer), and a flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix are provided.

Adjacent to the lounge is the spacious kitchen, fully equipped for both everyday meals and special occasions.

For outdoor dining, a large covered veranda—accessible from the lounge patio doors or the kitchen—houses a generous BBQ area (please note: the voile curtains shown in photos have been removed). The veranda offers a clear view of the pool, ideal for supervising children.

The grounds offer ample sunbathing terraces and several shaded seating areas beneath the trees, perfect for relaxing. Importantly, the villa enjoys complete privacy and is not overlooked by neighbouring plots.

We provide all bed linen, bath towels, and also beach towels free of charge to help you travel light. Additionally, we offer complimentary travel cots, a high chair, children’s plastic crockery and cutlery, and a selection of toys for guests of all ages.

Local shops, bars, cafés, and restaurants are just a 5–10 minute walk away. The beautiful white-sand Binibeca beach is approximately a 6–8 minute walk, depending on your pace.

While we recommend having a car, it is not essential. A pleasant alternative is the tourist road train connecting Binibeca Vell to Punta Prima. A wider selection of shops and supermarkets can be found in Sant Lluís (15 minutes away) or in the capital, Maó (Mahon), renowned for having Europe’s second-deepest natural harbour and excellent shopping, just 20 minutes away by car.
