This lovely modern villa is situated in a quiet residential area. It has been decorated in a fresh, airy white style with a coastal twist.

The villa features three newly fitted shower rooms to avoid morning queues, along with a new kitchen, new appliances, and new air conditioning throughout. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all equipped with brand-new air conditioning units for individual comfort.

The living area is spacious, bright, and open, furnished with two sofas and a coffee table. It includes an indoor dining area seating eight. A large, high-power ceiling fan keeps the lounge pleasantly cool. Free Wi-Fi is provided, along with USB and Bluetooth connectivity for your music. There is also a Freeview Smart TV with access to Netflix.

The kitchen is roomy and well-equipped for everything from simple meals to grand occasions.

From the lounge, you step out onto a large covered veranda. The first section is perfect for relaxed seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks. Further along, under the same covered shelter, is an alfresco dining area and a large BBQ. A little beyond that is another seating area with a sofa and chairs, shaded by a large parasol. The veranda offers a clear view of the pool, making it easy to keep an eye on children if needed.

The lovely private pool measures 11m x 6.7m, with a depth of up to 1.8m, and features Roman steps for easy entry. There are several tiered seating areas around the pool for relaxing and cooling off, plus an outdoor shower. To the side of the pool is a large private sunbathing terrace with sun loungers and a large parasol.

Please note we provide all bed linen, bathroom towels, and also beach towels free of charge to help keep your luggage light!

We also provide, free of charge, travel cots, a high chair, children’s plastic crockery, cutlery, cups, and a selection of toys for all ages.

Shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants are just a 5–10 minute walk away. The beautiful white-sand beach of Binibeca is approximately a 6–8 minute walk, depending on your pace.

We recommend having a car, though it is not essential, as there is plentiful parking outside the house. A fun alternative is the tourist road train that runs from Binibeca Vell to Punta Prima. A wider selection of shops and supermarkets can be found in Sant Lluís, about 15 minutes away, or in the capital, Maó (Mahón), famed for having Europe's second-deepest natural harbour and excellent shopping, which is approximately 20 minutes away by car.
