The property sits within spacious Mediterranean-style gardens filled with palms, bougainvillea, hibiscus, lemon and fig trees. A private herb garden adds fresh flavours to your meals, and the quiet, enclosed grounds are often visited by wild tortoises.
A generous swimming pool (8m x 4m, depth up to 1.9m) is surrounded by a sun-drenched terrace equipped with a BBQ, parasols, sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
For dining and relaxation, a covered veranda at the rear offers seating for up to ten, while a separate lounge area with a three-piece suite provides the perfect spot to enjoy sunset views over the olive groves. A chill-out room beside the pool, with additional BBQ and seating, completes the outdoor living space. A quiet shaded seating area at the front of the house offers another retreat away from the pool area.

Inside the Villa
The ground floor features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining space and lounge, complete with UK satellite TV (Freeview channels including BBC and ITV), a smart TV with Netflix, a Bluetooth/USB Hi-Fi system, and Wi-Fi. A guest WC is also located on this level.
Three bedrooms are situated off the lounge corridor, down two steps: two twin bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower over bath, and a third twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom boasts an en-suite shower room and patio doors opening onto a private upper sun terrace with seating—ideal for morning coffee or secluded sunbathing while enjoying uninterrupted views across the countryside.

Practical Details
The villa provides parking for two cars on the driveway, plus additional off-road parking.
We supply all bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels free of charge. For families, we offer travel cots, a high chair, children’s plastic crockery and cutlery, and toys for all ages.
Just a short walk away in Cala Torret you’ll find a selection of restaurants, supermarkets and a local bakery. Binibeca beach is approximately 6–8 minutes on foot.
